We are a former special education teacher and successful finance manager who decided to start a small company to help others. In a world of self-serving real estate investors, we seek to create self-sustaining products and homes. We are a proven construction, interior design, and consulting company that leverages real estate to offer solutions to diverse needs in our community. We create products for lower-income families, individuals with special needs, aging Americans, veterans, and teens aging out of foster care.

I had a dream more than 10 years ago to help bring affordable home ownership to lower income
consumers.
My goal is to bring affordable housing to people that believe home ownership is out of reach. Young
families, single parents, low-income families. I also want to help young foster adults that are aging out of
the system.
I also want to help coach and navigate families through the complexities of home ownership. Part of my
vision is to help coach other business owners who want to become successful in real estate. My husband
and I have a proven track record with our business model helping others.
My Husband and I started our business in 2021, however we acquired our first property in March of
2020. Since them we have acquired, sold multiple properties while gaining valuable knowledge and
wisdom. We have been very successful with our real estate deals. We have a solid business plan that has
been proven to work over the last 4 years.
I earned my master’s degree at Texas Women’s University and graduated from the University of
Houston. I taught in special needs classrooms for 15 years and worked my way up to special needs
director of a campus in Arizona while teaching online during covid. I enjoy traveling with my husband
and going to different mountains. I love the tranquil feeling that you can get on mountaintops. I also
enjoy baking, reading and spending time with my family.

Bobby Hodges is a successful Leader of people who believes there is greatness in everyone. Before
starting G-Hodge International community development LLC with my wife Demetria I was a successful
sales and finance professional. I have spent over 25 years in all types of sales. Ranging from retail,
business to business, corporate sales and finance. I am a certified life coach and I have helped
Executives, sales professionals, business owners, teenagers and a host of others navigate challenges in
their lives.
My goal is to bring affordable home ownership to all income level earners. We strive to make owning a
home affordable to everyone. Home ownership is still part of the American dream. We are going to help
make that achievable by building affordable housing. I have always believed that real-estate ownership
is for everyone.
My wife and I will also lead and coach consumers with the ins and outs of how to acquire real estate for
themselves. The pride we see when people get the keys to their new home is a great reward for me. It
brings me back to when I bought my first home and the self-value it brought to me.
My wife and I will also help partner and coach entrepreneurs who want to be in the real estate business.
We have had multiple success with other partners in the past buying and flipping homes.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. One of my most liked past times is
cooking all kinds of foods. My wife and I like to travel and try new adventures. I also like playing board,
card and video games.
